Can I change or cancel an order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, we kindly suggest reaching out to us as soon as possible here and we’ll do our best to accommodate. There is a small timeframe in which we can do this so it is not guaranteed.

If it is a personalised item, we are unable to amend or cancel your order if it has been fulfilled. We suggest that you double check that your personalisation preferences are correct prior to ordering and ensure you have inputted all required delivery information.

Returns & Exchange Policy

To request a return or exchange, please contact us here with photos of your unworn pieces.

  • Please note that engravable pieces and welded bracelets are non-refundable as they’re personalised to you.
  • Earrings are also non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
  • 28 days to request a refund.
  • We do not cover the cost of postage to return to us. Your return does not have to be tracked or insured. Standard shipping is sufficient. However, please note that we are not liable for any lost parcels.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and approval.
  • If an item is faulty, you can return it for a refund within 28 days. An item is considered faulty if it’s not fit for purpose.

  • Dispatched within 24-48 hours. Then 1-5 business days before arrival. 

Ireland:

I haven’t received an email confirmation. What should I do?

Confirmation is emailed as soon as an order is placed, be sure to check your junk or spam inbox as they can sneak into the wrong inbox.

I have not received my order. Where is it?

Please view our Deliveries to find out how many days it should take to arrive upon purchasing. 

Please be aware that business days do not include the weekends. If it’s been more than 1-2 days since it should have arrived, please contact us here and let us help you get to the bottom of it.
