Returns & Exchange Policy 

To request a return or exchange, please do so here with photos of your unworn pieces.

To request a return or exchange, the seller must be provided with the buyer's order number.

  • 30 days to request a refund.
  • Personalised pieces and welded bracelets are non-refundable (unless faulty).
  • Earrings can only be returned if earrings are unworn and provided seal is not broken (unless faulty).
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and approval.
  • If an item is faulty, the buyer can return it for a refund within 30 days. An item is considered faulty if it’s not fit for purpose.
  • Refunds must be processed through the same payment method it was purchased.
  • It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us.

How do I return a gift?

Please contact us here with photos to return your gift. Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund, but we can issue a gift card of equivalent value for you to spend on our beautiful pieces.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Our customer service team will be doing their best to process a refund as soon as possible. This can take up to 3 days. However, please note that they’re unavailable during weekends and public holidays. And may take longer during busier periods. Once processed, refunds may take up to 10 days to show up on your account depending on which bank you are with.
